Morinda University, the most fruitful experience
今日からモリンダユニバーシティ。経営会議で「もっとも投資価値のある項目は何か？」という質問に各マネージャーが答える時間がありました。ほぼすべてが「モリンダユニバーシティ」をあげました。成長曲線がもっとも急なところで、背中を押して上げれば、加速度が増します。そういう成長著しい方々を招待した特別プログラムです。
僕は特に講義やスピーチはありませんので、お茶を汲んだり、案内をしたり「縁の下」仕事で貢献したいと思います。あとは、「励ます」しごと。そう、モリンダの仕事は「人を応援する」ことでもあります。
Morinda University now. In the managers meeting, we were asked what the most efficient investment is. Most of the managers answered Morinda University. It is the most efficient to invest for who grows fast. It’s the flywheel law. So we invited the IPCs who grows rapidly to MU.
I don’t have talk assignment this time, so I have to do backstage jobs like serving a cup of teas. guiding hotel facility. I also have a job which encourages people. Yes, Morinda’sjob is to encourage people.
