Removal of appendix reduces the risk of Parkinson’s
盲腸の手術をした人は、パーキンソン病のリスクが減る。という驚きのレポートです。αシヌクレインという老廃物が虫垂にたまるからなんだそうです。
Alpha-synuclein causes Parkinson’s diseaee. Appendix retains synuclein so that removal of appendix reduces the risk. It surprised me.
